Set up the integration with QuickBooks desktop software:
- From the computer where QuickBooks is installed, start QuickBooks and log into the company file.
- Click on the PayClock Agent icon and from the menu select 'Setup/Modify Payroll Exports'.
- Enter the Company ID, User ID and Password provided for PayClock Online.
- Select Login to verify the credentials.
- From the Exports window choose New and select QuickBooks 2009 and Later.
- Select the Setup Export button and follow the steps in the wizard.
