Set up the integration with QuickBooks desktop software:

 
  1. From the computer where QuickBooks is installed, start QuickBooks and log into the company file.
  2. Click on the PayClock Agent icon and from the menu select 'Setup/Modify Payroll Exports'.
  3. Enter the Company ID, User ID and Password provided for PayClock Online.
  4. Select Login to verify the credentials.
  5. From the Exports window choose New and select QuickBooks 2009 and Later.
  6. Select the Setup Export button and follow the steps in the wizard.
